located to provide a fast response to all enquiries. At iB Food we
appreciate how important it is to maintain regular contact with each
customer. Whether by telephone or personal visit we keep you
informed of all new product developments, special events and the promotional
offers which we organise on a regular basis.

Recipe Service
|
We want you and your customers to enjoy the
very best results from our products. So, to
help you maximise the potential of the ingredients (and therefore
keep your customers coming back for more!), we offer all customers a
free recipe and advice service.
Although all based on traditional
regional Italian cuisine, many of the recipes have an unusual modern
twist - infact, we find our ideas often prompt the creative
chef to develop their own house version of a classic
Mediterranean dish.
All recipes are fully costed to assist
portion control and the service also includes complete menu
suggestions for the ever popular themed evenings.

Exhibitions
|
| As a
leading supplier in the industry iB Food regularly attend major catering
exhibitions. At such events customers receive a personal invitation
to preview new products, whilst at the same time benefiting from recipe
preparation and product demonstrations from our
in house chefs. |

Free
Express Delivery Service

All orders over £150.00 are delivered free
of charge by a national courier anywhere in the UK. For
orders between £50.00 and £149.00, a nominal delivery charge of £6.50
(+ VAT) will be added
to contribute towards packing and insurance. Orders valued at
under £50.00
cannot be accepted.
For orders received by 2.00 p.m., delivery
is guaranteed for the next working day*. Customers in the London
area enjoy an express delivery service: orders received by 9.00
a.m. will be delivered the same day.**

Split Cartons
|
| We try
to meet the needs of our customers at all times and therefore always
endeavour to split cartons wherever feasible. Where we are able to
do this we impose an additional split
carton charge of £5.00. |
How
to open an account
|
| We
welcome new trade account customers. If you wish to open a new account with
us, please call and ask for a Credit Application Form which should be
completed and returned to us for processing. |
