Spinosi PastaThe simplicity of its ingredients, extra fine durum wheat flour and whole fresh eggs (minimum 33%),obtained after a vigorous selection, makes Spinosi pasta simple to cook: all you need is lots of salted boiling water. With care lift the edges of the paper and let the pasta slide completely into the water. The skill, pride and enthusiam in making the pasta, the slow and natural drying process: all these combine to create a pasta with a consistent and unmistakable porosity, a pasta which swells considerably during the very short cooking times. iB Launches Super Rich Dried Egg Pasta 


iB Food today launches a new range of dried egg pasta from Spinosi, an artisan supplier from middle Italy whose family has been making pasta using traditional methods and authentic regional recipes since 1933. 

The pasta contains extra fine durum wheat flour and a minimum of 33% whole fresh eggs from hens which have been fed on a diet enriched with natural sources of Omega 3 and Vitamin E - a simple and organic way of adding a nutritional element to the eggs. Spinosi is therefore very rich in taste and will appeal to the caterer looking for superior quality with the look, taste and texture of a hand made product. Three long flat pasta shapes are available, i.e. Fettucine, Tagliolini, Tagliolini with black squid ink plus Spinosini, a fine square spaghetti which is excellent with seafood and other delicate flavoured sauces.
