iB Food has introduced Cocktail of Nocellara and Taggiasche Olives, a delicious and colourful combination of two of Italy's finest and more unusual olive varieties. Dressed in a light extra virgin olive oil infused with fresh Italian herbs which enhance the individual flavour of the olives, the cocktail is ideal for serving tapas style with, for example, Bastoncini, crudités, salami and Bruschetta. 

The mix of small, black Taggiasche and the larger Nocellara green pitted olives form an appealing contrast in both size and colour, and are as distinct in appearance as they are in flavour - an inspirational match set to prove popular as the summer season of al fresco, Mediterranean style dining fast approaches.
