Piattelle (tiny white great northern beans)12x500g - Flat, oblong shaped, white beans which are salty and creamy with a delicate and distinctive flavour. The skin is resilient, remaining whole during cooking. Known as Schiaccione when in the shell, the earthy flavours of the piattelle linger and are now mainly grown in the Midwest USA.

Polenta Taragna (rustic polenta) 12x500g - An Italian traditional recipe of Valtellina region in Lombardy, it’s a mixture of maize yellow flour and saraceno buckwheat flour that gives it the typical dark colour, slightly nutty in flavour and a more rustic texture.
